pizza by:
• Developing 15 different ways to order pizza (both online and offline)
• Reducing the number of clicks to order online

Collaborate – Create an omnichannel business by:

Chief Ethical Officer is an executive role aiming to ensure that
the company has a clear ethical framework to guide
technological decisions.
The chief ethical officer works closely with business units and
oversees transformation efforts to guide use of technologies
in beneficial ways.
He/she is an executive bringing together internal and external
stakeholders and experts to ensure the framework is flexible
enough to account for emerging technology use cases.
In 2019, Salesforce has been one of the first company to
appoint a chief ethical and humane use officer to guide the
company’s use of technology.
