Step 1- Read three Baca poems. Pick from the list provided in this module or conduct a Google search and find your own.
Step 2- List the three poems you chose.
Step 3- Provide annotations for at least one of the poems.
Step 4- Answer How does Baca define and describe his culture?
Step 5- Write your own poem that shows influences from your culture/community. Use vocabulary/phrasing unique to the culture, describe a ritual, define the culture’s rules, and/or show a sense of community. Try to write ten lines for your poem.
