You are the R & D Manager for Palandir Inc, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company and have been appointed as the project manager to design a new generation of artificial intelligence chatbot in association with the launching of an Al platform which can detail responses and articulate answers across many domains of knowledge. A 2-years-period timeline has been given for the project to be completed. You have been asked to form a project team to propose to your management with the following contents or any other necessary information which you deemed are relevant (not listed here), for your proposal to be approved and commissioned successfully in time. (a) Market feasibility, market survey, competitors’ landscape, customer needs and demands. (b) Technology feasibility of the project, current competitors’ technology landscape and competitiveness. (c) Financial feasibility, budget strategy, marketing & sales strategy, resource management, risk management.
