Overall Requirements and Assessments Related to This Brief

You are required to develop a structured approach/collaboration model to overcome these challenges and deliver sustainability solutions that align with Toll Group’s objectives. This will be completed via two assessments: Assessment 1, the Wicked Problem Research and Analysis, and Assessment 2, the Sustainable Solutions Report and Pitch.

All research-related insights and information should be sourced from the industry partner’s brief and relevant literature. These insights will be complemented by your primary data collected in Assessment 2. You are encouraged to select one specific sustainability focus—such as decarbonising transport operations, embedding sustainability in procurement, or developing green property solutions—and create a structured approach/collaboration model
that overcomes the constraints outlined above while ensuring that meaningful and implementable solutions are delivered to Toll.

More instructions will be provided in Assessment 1 and Assessment 2 pages on Canvas to assist you in completing these assessments.
