Use examples from the case to support your answers, and apply course concepts and lessons where appropriate. In addition, written case analyses will be judged based on the clarity and technical quality of the writing. Questions to guide your case reading and analysis: 1. What are the current talent management practices adopted in organizations? Discuss their advantages and limitations. 2. What is “agile” talent management? How does entomo help to build agile talent management practices in client organizations? 3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of introducing agile talent management practices in organizations? 4. What might be some of the unintended consequences of adopting agile talent management approaches to be future-ready? 5. How can organizations increase the “stickiness” of the entomo platform and improve employee adoption? 6.
