Discuss the legal implications for employers and employees for requiring employees to sign noncompete agreements.
What factors did the court consider in making its decision? Compare and contrast Ohio and Nebraska’s positions on noncompete clauses.
Which state’s laws support ethical reasoning in the resolution of this case?
Your case study must be a minimum of two pages, not including the title and reference pages. It should present an insightful and thorough analysis and provide strong argument and evidence. In addition to the case, you must use at least two academically reliable sources to support your analysis. The case itself linked above does not count as one of these sources. All sources used must have citations and references properly formatted in APA Style. APA formatting of your case study is otherwise not required.
