Background
Review your results from Round 7 (year 7) of the CAPSIM simulation. You really want to dig deep into the data that you have and review the performance measures that you chose in Assignment 2 to determine whether your decisions in Round 2 (year 2) positively affected those performance measures.
Instructions
For this assignment, you are going to examine the Balanced Scorecard for your Capsim company. Write a Board of Director’s memorandum highlighting the company’s Balanced Scorecard w/ summary table, detailing operational investments (R&D, TQM, HR, Production, and Marketing) and how those investments impacted your results on the four Balanced Scorecard categories of Financial, Internal Business Processes, Customer, and Learning and Growth.
Information on the Balanced Scorecard can by found in the PDF Guide (User’s Guide; Section 11, p.23) under the Help & Support tab at the top of your Capsim Screen. The Scorecard itself can be found by clicking on Reports in the left margin and then Debrief Reports.
