Using the information from this week’s Health History assignment in Shadow Health, describe areas of the health history where you think you needed to obtain more information and discuss why that information is important for this patient.
The patient presented with a scrape on the ball of the foot she sustained a week ago, and the pain has gotten alot worst with the last few days.
patient has a past medical history of asthma and diabetes , Does not take anything for diabetes but on proventil for asthma and tramadol for pain.More questions for me will be determinants of healthcare. example health promotion, disease prevention and healthcare opportunites as she stated she does not have a Primary care provider, she only goes to the doctor when need be.
