Using course frameworks and templates, create a Risk Register that identifies and comprehensively assists with the management of specific human factors in the workplace ( for example VHA, bullying, fatigue etc) that could lead to occupational illness and Injury as well as absenteeism. There should be a minimum of 5 risks of this nature identified on the Risk Register.
Provide a detailed justification for the severity and likelihood score you award

2.Pick one of the risks identified in the risk register above and develop a comprehensive policy for the management of that risk in your selected workplace . Reference should be made to legislation and current best practice in the management of this risk.
