Read U.S. Constitutional Amendments I, IV, V, and X (located in the Appendix of the text). Select ONE of the amendments and discuss an issue that occurred in a local school setting that required knowledge of the legal requirements therein. Describe the issue, what school policies related to the situation, and how the issue was resolved. Indicate which NELP standard(s) the principal met as the issue was resolved.
