This week we will talk about dialects. I want you to briefly describe to the best of your abilities some features of a specific dialect you are familiar with. It may be how you speak or the speech of someone you know. I know several of the students in the course are from other countries or have spent extended time in other places. You are free to draw on your experience of a dialect in any language.
