The student will complete a Quality Improvement proposal, utilising the grid attached in this guidance document.

The proposal should include the use of a QI tool (e.g. Fishbone Diagram)to support the submission, and the student will include this in an appendix.

The student is not required to implement a project.

The proposal should be supported by at least 15 academic references, with a reference list completed in Harvard Stirling Style.

Avoid personal pronouns and writing should be at SCQF Level nine.
