Recent aviation technology can significantly impact international and local aviation flight security. Regarding aviation security, we are encouraged to comprehend the international body that enables aviation safety standards around the world. The International Civil Aviation Organization started to look into issues affecting the aviation sector before the world war conflict ended. The organization was made up of a daily council, a general assembly, and other entities found necessary to discuss the internationalization notion proposed by Australia and New Zealand, the American idea of freedom for everyone, and the phrase intermediary referring to a concept in English that serves as a bridge between regulation (Agustini et al., 2021).The International Civil Aviation Conference serves a purpose by enhancing peace, building positive relationships amongst nations, promoting friendliness, ending world war conflicts, and promoting unity between countries to ensure the presence of peace in the world. Article 1 of the Chicago Convention affirms that each country has control over space above its borders. The problem with this law is that without permission first granted to an aircraft, it becomes prohibited from entering any national airspace of a member state. Since the creation of the Warsaw Convention, the system has undergone several changes, with the original lines being termed as very low by current qualifications. The new amendments brought about an equal set of norms for passengers, luggage, and cargo transported internationally.
Second PostThe Montreal Convention was introduced through the European Union to equalize limits of liability and defenses that are legal for European airlines if an accident occurred on a flight outside of the European Union or one within the European Union. Under this given principle, an European Union aircraft should be adequately secured to ensure that passengers qualified for any compensation can get the entire amount they are eligible for. Each passenger must be given a written document showing the limit of liability on injury or death, any destroyed or damaged luggage, and delay damages. In any passenger death or injury, a European Union airlines financial culpability for damaged caused is unbounded (Shamsi et al., 2018). An initial pay should be made to immediately compensate for any needs within fifteen days after an injury or death occurrence.Any luggage that is either lost, damaged, or destroyed should be replaced by the airline. The victim should issue a letter of complaint within seven days to the responsible airline. After a period of twenty-one days, if the luggage is not yet found, it is therefore considered to be lost, and a written letter of complaint should be issued afterward. In case of any luggage delays, an airline is responsible for ensuring damages are paid to the affected party; however, if an airline took measurable steps to prevent the postponement on such an occasion, it is not deemed liable (Shamsi et al., 2018).
