Doing so is more complicated than making decisions on your own. In a team, members have different and often competing ideas. Each person might have a stake in the decision. Coordinating, communicating with, and satisfying team members can be challenging. To simplify these tasks, teams should develop a plan for how to solve problems and make decisions.
Find or develop two scenarios that may come up in the work place and write about how you would work out the issues using the decision making map attached.
