Survey Requirements
Your survey should be typed and consist of the following. Your survey must include the following:
A title. Title your survey. Your title should be descriptive, but general enough that it does not give away the hypothesis or specific research question
4 demographics questions. One demographic question should be specific to your research topic.
2 open-ended questions.
2 closed-ended question with a likert-type scale. Write at least two closed-ended questions that use a likert-type scale.
Write at least 2 closed-ended questions that do not usea likert-type scale
Write at least 2 additional question formatted however you wish.
