Students will respond to prompts to encourage deep reflection on how students have translated theory into practice and applied their knowledge and skills as a result of taking this course. The paper should be prepared with attention to grammar and spelling and with 7th edition APA format. Writing styles differ and thus number of pages may, as well. I would suggest aiming for two pages of narrative. Students may respond to questions such as:
What went well? What did not go so well? How could any aspects of the course been handled better? What knowledge, skills, or abilities (KSAs) did you find yourself applying from this class to your interactions with others, if any? Did you learn anything that changed the way you think about aspects of differences and similarities across people? If so, what? Did you enjoy the OpenLearn training as opposed to a textbook?
