She really loves when the workers arrive at her home and often takes the opportunity to have conversations and socialise.

Feedback from some of your support workers is that sometimes it is hard to break away from Miss Curtain as she will often find some issue or engage in conversation while they are trying to leave.

One day you are at Miss Curtain’s home and you have just finished doing the ironing. She asks you if you could help her with her phone as she needs to upload an app to it and is unsure of how to go about it.

While you are showing her, a text message pops up on the screen from another support worker that says she will pick her up at 4pm to go for an early dinner before the show tonight. You are aware that the support worker is not rostered on to work that day
