X.1 Results
Chapter 2 outlined the exiting situation at Company A, including its existing strategy, its size, its products and its international dimensions. It then also considered the market and competition. Following this, Section 2.3 discussed leadership / sustainability/ strategy/ innovation.
Table X.1 summarises key results from Chapter 2.

Using Concept 1, Company A appears to have x, y or z. For example, strong strategic leadership. Explain what this is, why you reach that conclusion, and give *references* to support what you state.

X.2 Analysis
Whilst the individual results for Company A provide some insights, it is consideration of the competitive position that enables deeper analysis.
As noted in Chapter 2, the main rivals to Company A are Company B and Company C.
Using the same tools as per the previous section, the three companies will now be compared.
