Research Guidelines:
Must include at least 1 Primary Source that is analyzed in your paper and directly relates to the thesis.
Must also include 1 Book source that is not an encyclopedia. This could still be an online source/.pdf but must be from a book. Rawlins has many and can help you find a book source for your topic.
Wikipedia is a good starting point, but use it to find more citable or academic sources.
APA or Chicago style citations (parenthetical or footnote/endnotes) – See Citation guides for your selected style.
Paper Guidelines:
1500 – 2500 words (3-5 pages)
There is space for your perspective and analysis – I’d like to know what you think and how you feel about these topics. Back up your perspective with evidence if it is structured in your body paragraphs, or consider using the introduction and conclusion as a place to state your opinion about the cultural significance of your topic.
Include transitions between ideas, body paragraphs, and elements of your paper.
