You receive the following e-mail from one of the authorities you work for.
“Hello,
Following the work undertaken by ourselves in conjunction with the regional development council and yourselves, the Council has submitted an expression of interest for £250 million of PFI Credits through round 12 of PFI Housing Revenue Account programme.
The current bid is for demolition and replacement of 600+ homes and the refurbishment of a further 800 homes together with the associated infrastructure works across 4 of the Councils retained estates.
First suggestion is that our bid will be successful and this will be confirmed in the May fund allocation.
To maintain the momentum of this programme, please provide us with your recommendation for the procurement of both long and short term technical support and assistance to Council’s officers; together with an outline of how best to procure the PFI partner .
