WRITING RESPONSE FORMAT/OUTLINE I expect you to follow the following format/outline (depending upon the assigned material/s):
Write the main idea/s (thesis statement/s) of the video documentaries.
Demonstrate what evidence and examples they use to support their or her/his argument (main idea or claim).
Include your analyses, thoughts, and ideas in your responses. Meaning, as a global citizen, present your critical and analytical evaluation/interpretation on the reading materials based on your prior academic and lived cultural experiences (compare, contrast, and evaluate). Additionally, you can also compare and contrast the reading material/s with other reading materials that you read in this course.
NOTES:
DO NOT WRITE YOUR (READING) RESPONSES IN ONE PARAGRAPH (write in several paragraphs)
Students must quote the sources; meaning, students must include “in-text” citations and “Works cited” page in the reading responses.
