Reading Report Questions
Based on the two articles, answer the following questions. For
this, you do not need to structure your responses in the form of an
essay – simply respond to the questions, in full sentences, writing between 200
and 300 words for each question.
What is the
core argument in each of your chosen readings? Can you find a quotation that exemplifies each author’s position?
How do the
approaches taken in your chosen readings compare? Are they similar or different, for example in their use of definitions, evidence, examples?
To what
extent are these authors also qualifying their argument, limiting their claims, considering counter-arguments?
