Professional Development Plan The purpose of this assignment is to diagnose each student’s strengths and weaknesses on a variety of professional topics, including leadership, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, etc. The students will take a variety of short external assessments and prepare a plan that will assist them in further developing their diagnosed weaknesses. Students are required to submit their 6 to 8-page paper and 4- minute presentation during Module 7. You are also required to record your voice and embed it in the presentation.
