Post a brief descriiption of the results of your Work Environment Assessment. Based on the results, how civil is your workplace? Explain why your workplace is or is not civil. I scored a 76 mildly healthy. On #10, I scored a 2. #17 and #18 I scored a 5. the other numbers were 4’s or 3’s.

My workplace is civil by the use of 1:1 meetings often between managers and workers. we have weekly meetings as well. discuss needs and options for change.
