Nursing Workplace Safety Issues and Policy Solutions

Identify a current nursing workplace safety concern or a nursing workforce issue that you have experienced. Briefly describe the issue. Search the literature for information about what has been or should be done for this issue. What policies are currently in place. Is there legislation at the state or federal level that addresses the issue. If there is a policy, explain it. Has it been successful? If there is not, what policy or bill would you suggest to address the issue in your healthcare organization?

• The initial post should be a minimum word count of approximately 500 words with two references in APA format
