Interpretation of results
Summarize Data From The Tables
From table 1, there is an indication that respondent/participants had average understanding of the topic being presented. From the data collected, the respondent agree with different attributes that have been used to measure the level of understanding on the topic. For instance, the respondent/participant consider themselves to be knowledgeable about the cost, requirements, as well as the processes for obtaining clinical participation in their specialty. Respondent are knowledgeable on how nurses with clinical certification can enhance patient outcomes. However, the respondent neither agree nor disagree on how certified nurses can showcase better leadership skills. Finally, from pre-survey, respondent would consider obtaining clinical certification. There is positive changes according to the surveys that have been conducted. From the post-survey table, there is a general improvement in the level of understanding of the topic that have been presented.
Reflection
The surveys shows that there is a general improvement in the understanding of the topics that have been presented. From the responses, the post surveys shows the general improvement in the outcomes. The pre and post surveys both reflect the understanding of the respondents on the topics that have been presented (Márquez-Chamorro, Resinas, & Ruiz-Cortés, 2017). More data would have been helpful in the determination of the accurate outcomes. With more data, there could have been an improvement in the project’s outcomes. The generation of more data would rely on the increase of variables which would mean more responses.
There are different barriers that are associated with the project. Going by the survey, both pre-survey and post-survey, limited resources is perceived to be the main barrier while undertaking the project (Meidan et al., 2017). Some of the resources that may be lacking include financial resources to recruit more respondents or study participants to take part in the study process. The developed variables need to be increased to ensure that there is collection of more data and formulation of a larger dataset.
Implications for Future Practice
The project has a greater impact on the professional practice. In other words, it aids in the understanding of different aspects or approaches that can be used to understand the level of understanding from the learners or those involved in the educational practices. The project can aids in the provision of different approaches that can be applied in the professional practice. The project is also important in the provision of knowledge that may be applied in the professional practice. Adhering to the guidelines that have been used in the research process is necessary in the professional practices.
