Notice and observe movement in the world around you. This can be actual dance movement, general movement of people or crowds, or movement of objects, such as cars in traffic, or natural elements, such as wind blowing leaves. Include dance language from the elements of dance!
Spend 5 days (today but make it seem like 5 days) observing movement and journaling about your experience. 15 total movement observations (3 each day) Include a list of the 15 movement examples at the end of the paper (The examples are not part of theword count)
