Research and select one peer-reviewed article related to an Organizational Design and Development concept specified in your course reading from Chapters 1-3 (Chapter 1: Organizations and Organizational Theory; Chapter 2: Strategy, Organization Design, and Effectiveness; Chapter 3: Fundamentals of Organization Structure). The article you select must have been published within the last 18-24 months and come from any magazine, Internet or book sources. Articles beyond the 2 year mark will not be accepted.
