These submissions include timesheet approvals for the office manager, a weekly data verification survey, and last week’s attendance data. The phone rings. The caller is a mother who is requesting that her child be waiting for her in the front office in 20 minutes due to a family emergency. She is obviously frantic. Meanwhile, a father comes in to fill out enrollment paperwork for a transfer student and wants to speak to you about her class schedule that will begin tomorrow. q2Please read the scenario and outline a plan for administering state ACCESS testing in April using whatever format you desire. The plan should include a testing schedule with student groups, a test administrator-training meeting, and a plan to gather technology. Include any questions you have and assumptions you’ve made as you’re creating the testing plan. Scenario: It is March 1st and the ACCESS testing window runs from March 25th – April 5th. There are 48 students that need to take the test and there are four parts to the test. The test must be taken in order (part 1, 2, 3, then 4), but all parts do not have to be taken on the same day. Each part of the test should take no more than 30 minutes. In addition, during part 3 of the test students may not be in groups bigger than five. You will have one test administrator available to administer the test over a two-week period, but that staff member needs to be trained. That teacher’s teaching schedule is below, along with the lunch schedule. The test must be completed on ChromeBooks while using special headsets. Currently the chromebook cart is in disarray, and you do not have enough for 48 students and the special headsets are at the middle school and you will need to reach out to their Student Support Coordinator to borrow them.
