Topic: The beginning work for obtaining Magnet status at
your facility.
Introduction
All papers begin with four to five general statements about
the topic, followed by a purpose. For example, “the purpose of this paper is to
define the implementation of a new intravenous (IV) pump in a acute care
setting. The leadership and change theory utilized for the implementation will
be defined along with a brief explanation of the project implementation. The
importance of using collaborative practice will be reviewed along with the
impact of health care economics.” Typically, there are no reference in the
introduction statements.
Leadership and Change Theory

project to ensure the project is successful?

tell why it will work.

What change theory would be used to ensure the
project is successful?

Define the change theory with reference and tell
what would happen in the project in each step of the theory. Tell why it will
work.
Collaborative & Cultural Practice
·
Define collaborative practice with a reference
and tell why it is or is not important in the implementation of a project.
·
Name two reasons why cultural collaboration is
important in project implementation.
·
Name at least two ways to establish structures
and operating procedures that reinforce equity.
·
Name two guidelines for multicultural
collaboration.
·
When you have multiple items to reference in a
paragraph it is always a good idea to separate them, put some of your own words
between the references.
Healthcare Economics
·
Describe how healthcare economics will affect
the implementation or how the implementation will affect healthcare economics.
Provide a reference.
Conclusion
A good conclusion typically does not contain any references
and is a full summary of the paper. This conclusion should be at least three
paragraphs long.
