Part 1: Local Host Security
In this part if the assignment you will review the basics of Local Host Security. In chapter 6 you were asked to review the Computing Device Security Scenarios 1 and 2. You were asked to develop local policies and configuration specifications for desktop and laptop computers.
Now that you have completed chapters 6-9, it is time to re-assess your knowledge and compare it to your original assessments
2: Local Network Security
In this part if the assignment you will review the basics of Local Network Security. In chapter 11 you were asked to review the Local Network Security Scenarios 1 and 2. In Scenario 1 you were asked to make recommendations for equipping a new data network. In Scenario 2 you were asked to provide suggestions for the organization’s communications media and network connectivity devices, as well as techniques to implement the physical network architecture. Now that you have completed chapters it is time to re-assess your knowledge and compare it to your original assessments
