This assessment will simulate pitching your Knowledge Translation project to your CEO and leadership.
What you need to do:
Imagine your CEO and leadership team are sitting across the table from you. You have 8 minutes and 5 slides to pitch your KT project. A pitch is a business term that refers to presenting an idea to another party to gain their buy-in.
Your presentation should provide the audience with the following information:
- Introduce yourself and your team
- Describe the problem and how you know it exists
- Share your solution (your practice change)
- Establish the project`s value (strategic, financial, clinical etc.)
- Ask for what you need (time, funding, people, approval etc.)
Presentations will be available on Canvas for all students to view after marking.
