I’m a Btech graduate with 20 months of work experience in Tata Electronics, a greenfield venture company of the Tata group, specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of precision components. As the company was in the early phase, everything started from scratch, I was a part of the product design & FACA group where I learned many things & even handled the whole assembly line by myself as we were the very first people to join the company. From initiation to planning to execution. From machine installation to day 1 of production or continuous run I’ve been there & worked on it. Learning from scratch has helped me a lot and I was able to handle things alone. It has boosted my confidence and morale, during 2nd phase of the pandemic as our organization was working I was the person to give presentations to clients, report to managers and even solve the issue. In most cases, I’ve been recognized & appreciated by managers and the CEO.
