3. Compare the performance of Amazon with that of Qoo10.
a. How is Qoo10 performing relative to Amazon?

1. I have processed the data to remove invalid data
2. I have finished the first question, please pay attention to the second and third questions. For the first question, I used the comparative average for analysis. The results and analysis of the first question, I will send you later.
3. The second and third questions may need to use one way anova, cluster, discriminant analysis. For the second question, the recommendation needs to be given according to the classification of the first question (sent to you later) and according to different groups of people (such as different income, age).
4. Because it is an SPSS Case Study, there is no limit words, but you need to use appropriate charts and table to put in. Appropriate use of main text and appendices.
