hi I just want to summarize the reading added here in just a page and a half. All the information is written here
Each student will write up 4 one-to-two page summaries+ reflections on a selection of the readings or cases, which are DUE ON THE DATE THE READINGS ARE DISCUSSED IN CLASS (BEFORE CLASS BEGINS), NO EXCEPTIONS. These can overlap with the 6-page case study papers (i.e. you can write up some notes in advance of class on the articles, then write the longer paper on the topic afterwards.) The point is to make sure you are familiar with the materials in advance. Each 1-2 pager should summarize and discuss at least 2 of the readings for the week – they can simply be your notes on the readings if you like, handwritten or typed, and can include bullet points. You can bring to class or email me beforehand – a jpg of your handwritten notes will do. These will be pass/fail, ‘pass plus’ for 30% more credit if more substantive and includes your reflections. No requirements on fonts and spacing. You can write up to another 4 for extra credit – i.e. a total of up to 8
