1.) What would you say you learned overall after looking at the data?
2.) What do you think has caused the United States and certain states within the country to have disproportionately high incarceration rates? Based on the report, is it our violent crime rate? What do you think explains it?
3.) If you were elected the Governor of Georgia, how would you propose to reduce our incarceration rate?
4.) What programs, policies, or laws would you propose to reduce racial disparities in incarceration (certain racial groups are disproportionately incarcerated) in Georgia?
Be sure to answer all four questions fully and in paragraph form/full sentences. Please keep the answers separated so we can see each response to questions 1-4.
