For this course you will add a new topic to post your literature/book review of a reading on leadership that has been meaningful for you during your BA Leadership studies. Ideally, this material would pertain to one of your chosen leadership competency focus. It can be an article or book chapter or video/podcast*–any leadership material that you would like to share a review of with your classmates.
(NB: *although you can use video/podcasts in these Forum, video/podcasts cannot be used in the Literature Review section of your final paper; only books/articles qualify)
Point out the significance of this material including author qualifications, main points and principles, strengths and weaknesses, and how you connect with it.
Use APA format for quotes and paraphrases.
Length: minimum 300 words
Add the bibliographical information at the end of your post–as you would for a References list.
