Each crisis impacts internal publics and external audiences. Depending on the event, the impacted stakeholders will be limited or encompassing. This assignment will help you to understand the larger consequences of a crisis event on different groups, and to better comprehend their concerns. 

Instructions

1. Select a recent (within the past 5 years) crisis event to outline and assess. Using the SWOT Analysis Model template, provide an objective and balanced evaluation of the key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with the case. This section can be presented in bullets, but please include in-text citation for proper attribution of the facts to the original source material. 
2. Present a narrative paragraph that clearly identifies and explores the internal and external stakeholders impacted by the crisis event. Incorporate Module 2 readings, optional Chat conversation, and other activities and credible content for substantiation. 
3. Address the most significant concerns isolated in the case as part of the next narrative paragraph. 
4. Draw conclusions and document at least three key lessons learned or improvement recommendations to enhance the manner in which the professional communicator could better support the event outcomes. 

In-text citations are required, along with full citations within the References section of the paper. Please apply APA form and style.
