Overview
Your task in this assignment is to write a report advising the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) on how to improve public sector leadership, risk and change management in light of the findings of the Robodebt Royal Commission.

This is an opportunity for you to apply the learning across the unit and demonstrate your competency in using systems thinking to promote institutional learning from past mistakes.
