I need you to make a SWOT Analysis based on the basketball team I created. I also attached the SWOT Analysis Rubric.
Develop a situational assessment (SWOT analysis) assessing each of the internal and external factors that will influence the way you promote and publicize the team. You need to include at least three bullet points for each component of the SWOT analysis in a table. Following the completion of the bullet points, you need to write two paragraphs to further explain your SWOT analysis. The first paragraph will elaborate on the internal factors you identified (strengths and weaknesses). The second paragraph will elaborate on the external factors you identified (opportunities and threats). Next, create promotional goals and objectives as described below.
• Promotional Goals – Create at least two goals that align with the critical issues identified in the SWOT analysis.
• Promotional Objectives – Create at least three objectives per goal (a minimum of six total objectives). Make sure your objectives meet the components of the SMART acronym (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely).
