Since prostate cancer is one of top cancer incidence among older male, it has been of concern to physicians. The aim of the study is to determine whether these variables are risks factors.

Content you should include in the report

Summarize covariates by prostate cancer status and obtain p-value for each covariate.
For categorical variable, show counts and percentages along with p-values from either Chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test.
For continuous variable, show mean, standard deviation, median, min, and max along with p-value from either Student t-test or Mann-Whitney U test.
Conduct univariable analysis (UVA).
Report odds ratio (OR), 95% confidence interval, and p-value.

Conduct multivariable analysis (MVA)
Report adjusted odds ratio (AOR), 95% confidence interval, and p-value.

Determine one particular model from MVA based on goodness-of-fit measure.
&lConduct split-sample cross-validation (50%/50%).
Show ROC curve and obtain AUC value.

Background (or Introduction); Data description; Statistical methods; Results; Discussion
At least two tables should be in the report. At least one figure is needed.
