Describe the role of culture in your own life.
Identify and describe at least three of your own cultural biases.
Discuss the development of these biases and how they could influence your work. Be sure to describe the setting in which you plan to provide career counseling services (for example, a school, company, or mental health facility).
For each cultural bias you identified, develop a strategy for becoming a culturally competent career counseling professional. Be specific and provide examples of how you would execute each strategy.
