Utilising models of leadership and decision-making, critically analyse an experience in practice where you were requited to lead and manage either a group of people or a specific intervention
Within this assessment, a student will be expected to be able to:
(a) Demonstrate a critical understanding of the skills required to lead and manage self and others in a complex and demanding care environment.
(b) Develop an understanding of one’s own leadership style and critically analyse how this influence working relationships within teams and across organisations
(c) Critically analyse key decision-making theories/models and how they may be applied within the chosen field of nursing practice.
