Assignment Task
Objective
This assignment is designed with an intent to provide opportunities to students to observe behavioural expectations of managers/superiors from their employees. This assignment will offer students with chance to explore practical solutions used in the business to handle the behavioural issues. Students will be able to explore the techniques used to modify employee’s behaviour in organisaitonal setting.
Each student is required to identify unique organization that you can explore about.
You can consult your parents regarding their organisational practices (where they are working or the business they are running). Each student is required to prepare word document explaining following aspects of the employee behaviour:
1. Narrate profile of the company.
2. What is considered to be ideal work behaviour in their organization?
3. What are the challenges in maintaining employee?
4. Strategies/techniques used by the organization to modify their employees behaviour
