Acting as a top management team member or external consultant, students will apply course concepts to evaluate the firm’s negotiation strategies (labor contracts, supplier deals, regulatory settlements, mergers/acquisitions) and crisis management responses (product recalls, reputational scandals, regulatory investigations, cybersecurity incidents, or public controversies), identify strengths, weaknesses, and challenges, and recommend actions to improve negotiation effectiveness, crisis preparedness, stakeholder trust, employee engagement, resilience, and competitiveness.
The paper must follow this exact structure: I. Introduction, II. Literature Review (key theories with at least 10 cited scholarly sources), III. Negotiation and Crisis Management Analysis of Your Organization (data-driven insights with no citations), IV. Conclusion, V. References (one reference page only). Only main content (Sections I–IV) counts toward the 10-page minimum. The paper is due via Moodle by August 10, 2026, at 23:59 EST. Plagiarism or AI use results in a score of ZERO and possible further penalties.
