You may NOT review “fan” videos captured on a cell phone or other low quality recording device. Only professionally recorded and produced, officially licensed (legal) events or films may be reviewed.
Reviews of all in-person concert performances must include documentation of attendance which can include a photo showing you at the performance, ticket stub and/or concert program or the review will not be accepted.
