NOTE: Based on your community public health issues chosen in Unit I for this project, you will create a health needs assessment and complete the following steps:
 Define the community for which you will be conducting the needs assessment (population, place, location, agencies, etc.). Conduct a needs assessment for this community using available information.
 Identify assets that could be used for your needs assessment.
 Develop an action plan for incorporating your results from the needs assessment.
 Identify any ethical considerations or barriers you might think you will encounter (values, attitudes, mistrust, beliefs, etc.).
