Choose a topic you feel strongly about, then choose a position or belief you hold, and support it with literature (such as the New York Times – you must use at least two (2) different sources). Examples of positions you might take on deal with same sex marriages, open/closed adoptions, infidelity, different parenting styles, dating services, etc. Your topic can be anything having to do with marriage and the family as long as you choose a position and support it. The papers should be at least two (2) pages in length (12 font size, double space) and an additional page of the supporting literature citations.
