Overview of Summative:
You will write a 5-7 page research paper in APA format that builds off of the draft paper that you developed in the formative assessment leading to this Project. For this paper, you will analyze ways in which companies can use their identity, structure and policies and procedures to shape a unique culture. Through your work, you should display an ability to interpret research, theoretical concepts, and cultural and organizational roles, and relate and apply them to organizational and higher educational leadership.
