It can also arise from changes in policy within an organisation and/or associated health services that impact service delivery.

Select a healthcare organisation and describe how the values, structure and mission align with the broader healthcare system.

Describe the complexity of health service delivery and the interactions between different organisations.

Discuss the impact of a policy change that causes tension in the delivery of health services.
